| I am writing this letter because of the wonderful experience we had selling our vacation home through your Agency. This was all made possible by your agent Leo Nicholl. Being in our sixties both Jane and I have sold and purchased a few home in our lifetime and nobody has done more to make sure that the sale was smooth and not a difficult process than Leo. Living in Pennsylvania, it was difficult to be in Ocean City when things had to be done and Leo helped our in all cases. He went above and beyond any agent we have dealt with in the past.
